About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Document Controller to join our Field Solutions part of the business, reporting into our Document Control Manager. The role will be based at our client’s site in Reading at least 4 days per week. The successful candidate will become part of a respected and ambitious team who offer support to a variety of different projects.

Duties will include:

  • Providing support with to document numbering, revisions and the application of metadata
  • Receiving, issuing and controlling project documentation
  • Checking compliance and quality of documents
  • Co-ordinating with other departments to ensure the information being processed complies with their requirements for handover
  • Updating project documentation trackers
  • Maintaining project filing
  • Uploading & downloading documentation to and from a document management system
  • Filing, scanning & printing when required
