The Role.
We are looking to recruit a senior-level graphic/creative designer on a 12-month Fixed Term contract, to help us promote Inzpires ever-growing range of products and services to an array of audiences.
Reporting to the marketing communications manager and working alongside both them and the marketing communications officer, tasks will include:

The Person.
We need a creative individual who has a real talent for developing ideas and leading a design project from initial concept to delivery. The individual must have a strong knowledge of basic graphic design rules, and the ability to adhere to them when designing new materials, or updating old ones.
Our ideal candidate will be equally at home in a lively initial design meeting as they will be working independently to bring the project to life, and will have excellent organisational and time-management skills in order to manage their own workflow.
The role will require you to work with all of Inzpires different business areas, often working on multiple projects at once so we are looking for a strong team-player who has the ability to multi-task and great attention to detail.
We are particularly looking to diversify our social media content so we want to recruit a graphic designer who understands digital platforms, emerging technologies and how to capture the audiences attention.
More than anything, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to think differently and has the creative mindset required to come up with ideas which will help differentiate Inzpire from our competitors.
Our ideal candidate will have:

The ability to proofread to a high standard in order to support the marketing communications manager with the creation of marketing materials would also be highly desirable.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
How to apply.
If you have the required background and are interested in joining a high performing team supporting the delivery of exceptional award winning products and services to our customers, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please click apply and follow the instructions to upload your application.

Due to the nature of the role, we would like to see your creative side, so please feel free to apply for this vacancy however you wish, whether that be by creating a video or brochure about yourself or by designing something to demonstrate your skills.
We would also like to see some of your previous work, so please feel free to send us your portfolio in PDF format, or send us a link if you have a digital version.
If your application is over 20MB in size, please use to email us at quoting job reference 21-45.**
