The opportunity

As wavespace grows, we are looking for top talent to help scale our way of working. Part of that effort includes delivering experiences of the highest quality that enable clients to transform their business in a tangible and impactful way.

Your key responsibilities

As a wavespace Experience Manager you’ll choreograph and help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients.

  • Act as the primary interface to wavespace clients, taking accountability for all aspects of planning and delivering a wavespace design and/or experience
  • Ensure a consistent wavespace design experience using approved and methodologies and
    best practices
  • Manage session scope, estimates and actual costs
  • Manage resourcing for all required session personnel
  • Provide direction and performance feedback to the production team
  • Manage cadence of calls with client
  • Coordinate session design to include Mural, Miro, OneRoom and other immersive tools including metaverse environments
  • Oversee logistics, technical setup, etc.
  • Manage account team and delivery team stakeholders as part of the experience design
  • Conduct successful delivery of simple to complex experiences across a wide array of industries
  • Oversee experience documentation, ensure successful close out
  • Accountable for experience follow-up, reporting, and billing
  • Generate additional leads and follow-up wavespace opportunities with stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success

This is a highly visible role with significant client and leadership interaction.

To qualify you must have

  • Design thinking experience
  • Proven track record of successful design and delivery of innovation sessions
  • Strong consulting experience
  • Adept creative problem-solving skills and the ability to compromise around needs of the client, account team and the design team

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced degree in Design Thinking
